- You need of whole kernal corn.
- Prepare of corn muffin mix.
- Prepare of shedded cheese.
Steps to make mexican cornbread :
- preheat oven to 400°
- brown ground beef and drain fat
- drain corn and heat with 2 Tbs butter
- make corn muffin mix as directed
- drain corn and mix with taco seasoning and ground beef
- put some mix aside for top of pan then pour mix on the bottom of pan pour your meat and corn mixture on top and add your 2 cups of cheese,then add the corn muffin mix on top
- place in oven for 15 min add cheese on top after 10 min and let melt on top
